Hi thanks for asking question in healthcare magic.
Here i want to rule out following differential diagnosis in your case.
Does she have jaundice??? Headache?? Liver enlargement??? taken outside food???
If answers yes then i want to rule out
viral hepatitis as pain in right
hypochondrium and
abdominal pain, haedache, nausea like constitutional symptoms present so.
For that do USG and serum viral markers.
Second at that site pain may be because of
bacterial colitis. For that antibiotic needed.USG will be helpful in diagnosis.Stool examination also can be done.
Third right hypochondrium pain may be by non specific colitis or viral flu or
inflammatory bowel disease like presentation.Endoscopy will be useful.
Fourth gallstone , fatty liver , liver abscess also has to be ruled out .USG useful for it.
meanwhile for diarrhea take more water and maintain hydration.
-green leafy veg
-fruit juices
-probiotic useful
-avoid spicy and fatty food for few days.
If symptoms increasing then endoscopy will be useful with subsequent biopsy.
I hope my suggestion will be helpful to you.
