Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Pain while passing stools is likely to be due to anal fissure. It would be important to get a examination done from your Pediatrician.
There is wide variation in body temperature during day, if there is no documented evidence of rise in temperature then there is no cause for concern.
