Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Sounds

Hi,doctor sometime I hear some kind of noise from my stomach and when I eat I feel in my stomach as if something is moving in there, that may be worm. have used some prescribe drug but it doesn't make any change so please what should I do or which drugs will I use again.

Dear bowel movements are normal in every individual but vigerous bowel movements are seen in acute gastritis or constipation or Irritable bowel syndrome or gastroentritis or Irritable bowel syndrome etc..

Food allergies also cause Irritable bowel syndrome. Avoid spicy food and alcohol, avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.

use probiotics and tab.rifaximine thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your treating doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
