Suggest Treatment For Abnormal Vaginal Bleeding And Back Pain

I was 2 days late starting my period. I have had a tubal and my period is abnormal the bleeding is different in lighter color and I m having nausea bad headaches and back pain. Had taken a pregnancy test the second day I was late it was negative. What could be my problem!

As a first line of management you can take analgesics like mefenemic acid for pain relief. If symptoms persist, better to consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated.
