Suggest Treatment For Abnormalities In Cerebellum With Psychological Problems

Dear Sir,
My son aged 24 years has some psycho problem and he himself thinking that some one is cursing him and he has no fixed mind and he is daily going to railway station or playground to see trains and coming back in the evening or night at 9.30 pm and he is unable to do hard sums and he is able to do only from 1 to 10.
In report is stated that his central cerebellum is abnormal and his iq is below 49%. Please suggest us what we have to do ? Is there any doctors in bangalore or shell we bring him to Shimoga? Please suggest us.
