Suggest Treatment For Acid Reflux Along With Tooth Infection

I have been having issues with perhaps sinus infection or allergies for months. Mostly in the mornings. They also seem to include itchy or sensitivity in the inner ear. I have also noticed sensitivity on the left side of my face at times for the past couple of months. Last week I developed a highly sensitive tooth on the left side but can t see any swelling or noticable inflammation. I have noticed a somewhat painful urination the last week as well so have been wondering if I am dealing with an infection. I have had an acid reflux issue and less than regular stools for over year but have chalked it up to stress, It seems I can only go off the prilosec for a a couple of days before the heartburn returns. Combined with an ongoing numbness and cramping in my left hand at times and recurrent swelling and pain in my left knee I have become concerned I may be dealing with more than a tooth infection or stress. Since I have limited insurance coverage or resources I have been trying to decide if the first visit should be to the dentist or to a general physician.
