Suggest Treatment For Acid Reflux And Constant Belching
Since coming back to Australia from travellng around Europe I have had a sickly creamy taste in my mouth, day and night. I have a lot of gas and belching. Bowels OK. But I have gone off many foods that make me feel sick thinking about them, as coffee, sweeter things.

You have traveled a lot and thus must have been exposed to intestinal infection at some or the other point causing the lots of gases and belching which indicate a sub-clinical intestinal infection. This in turn gives to peculiar taste in mouth that you have explained as sickly creamy and thinking about some foods causing feeling of sickness. I would advise you the following in such a situation: Get the blood and stool tests. Consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination and correlation with reports. A course of proper antibiotic active against intestinal infection should solve your problems. Take probiotics, activated charcoal and multivitamins. Stop eating out for the moment and have only homemade fresh foods and beverages.
