Suggest Treatment For Acid Reflux With Diabetes And BP

My aunt is diabetic with high blood pressure and has acid reflux. Past four hours she has not been able to keep anything down. She says it is her acid reflux. My concern. Is she is 91 and on prescription prilosec and wondering if I should give her one those which she normally takes once daily in morning or give her otc pepcid ac? I don't want to counter act other meds, insulin or conditions. What do you suggest for her relief?

You can give Prilosec which is much better than Pepcid ac . But if she is throwing up she may not retain Prilosec also . She needs to be taken to ER or hospital and has to be given Injections to prevent vomiting first and then an injection for her hyperacidity and reflux .
Once her nausea or vomiting is controlled she can be brought back with a prescription medicines of PPI's , Anti-emetic medicines and Antacid solution.
She should also avoid Spicy food , Non Veg food , Alcohol , Caffeinated Beverages and Citrus fruits.
