Suggest Treatment For Acidity And Gastric Reflux
I pass gas too frequently and atimes could be very smiley. What can I do to stop this? I eat alot of carbohydrate, sometimes late a night, all these started 4 months ago. I have only been told I have gastric reflux as well. I need to get my bowels functionong properly. What do I do. Thanks your time.

Use plenty of liquids and water during day time. Eat lot of fiber containing food and start going toilet twice.
