Suggest Treatment For Acidity, Stomach And Lower Back Pain

hi, recently been getting stomach pains not severe but uncompfortable, and now im getting its in my lower back, also im getting random aches in my sides and ribs also got it in one of my pectoral muscles, and feeling very gassy and every time i burp its feels like very acidic sick at back of my throat

Noted the history and understood your concerns.
All the symptoms of stomach pains, lower back pain, random aches as explained, feeling gassy and feeling acidic on burping indicate that you may have the following problems:
Viral infection called flu can cause such symptoms.
Intestinal infection can also cause such problems due to bacterimia and loose stools may follow.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Take a symptomatic treatment with a PPI like Omeprazole, Paracetamol,
Domperidone and so on.
Also take an antacid and take soft and bland diet.
Consult a Doctor for clinical examination and investigations to get a proper diagnosis and proper management as needed.
