Suggest Treatment For Acne

Hi< I'm 30 years old and I have been having issues with acne/pimples all through my teen life and it continues even now.I was told that Dr. Elizabeth Jayaseelan would be a good bet to visit.Kindly uggest any good skin specialists who can help me overcome this issue.Thanks

Welcome to healthcare magic,
I guess you are in Bangalore and yes Dr Elizabeth Jayaseelan is a very good Doctor to visit.Acne is due to your adolescent hormones and you will continue to have it till that hormonal influence is over. It might be 30 yrs or even 32-34 yrs.
Avoid creams on your face. Avoid oil on your scalp. Diet is important. Avoid milk and milk products like cheese, chocolates, sweets, sugary foods and drinks. Eat a lot of fruits rich in vitamin A (anything with lot of color)
