Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
presence of blood and stool in bladder is suggestive of a vesico-colic fistula.that's,injury to bladder and intestine, commonly colon(large intestine).
As a C-section was performed before 25 days, it's most likely there was a surgical complication then.
She must remain on catheter with antibiotic cover and get tested for exact cause of the fistula. The tests done are a contrast CT scan of abdomen and pelvis and cystoscopy after it.Further treatment will depend on the reports.
do contact me if in any doubt.
