General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
How is it possible that the Doctor can tell you not to worry.
You have a Pituitary adenoma and enlarged adrenal gland.
You need a consultation with an endocrinologist first to have a clinical evaluation to see the exact diagnosis and to assess for the need for surgery; whether this will help you or not. IF surgery is planned to see for fitness, and to get a reference to such a center of excellence where a proper surgery will get you the relief.
