Suggest Treatment For Adenomyoma With Heavy Menstrual Bleeding In Woman

hello Doctor,I am 39 year old suffering from adenomayoma and taking douluton for last 2 and half year still having the problem of heavy bleeding and when i will get complete cure and have any other medicine for such problem .The size of fibroid is reduced but very slow to reduce.

Hello,

The size will gradually decrease. As of now, you can take drugs like tranexamic acid to control bleeding.

If bleeding is profuse you can consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated.
