Suggest Treatment For Aggressive And Emotional Behaviour In A Child

Hi I have 3half yr old son who s been very tired and emotinal for last 3weeks , it hasn t seemed but better since going gp and being told it s from his pet allergie, his behaviour has become very aggressive and I m unsure if there is anything I can do, he is very picky eater so would vitimins help please
