Suggest Treatment For Aggressive Behavior

I am extremely concerned about my 7 year old Grandson. He was born at 25 weeks extremely poor Lung development, he was hospitalized for 9 months. My daughter and her husband visited him daily he was given love and held everday. He has a 2 and a half here old sister at the time that we would bring her to see him. He came home on a ventilator C=pap feeding tube. My daughter learned to operate all of this equipment and delivered loving care. He progressed well, once the trac was removed he had to have his throat reconstructed because of the duration of time on the respirator, He has been in preschool and received all types of help from programs he went into kindergarden performed slowly but well and well behaved then he suddenly had serious disciplinary problems hes worked with countless therapist but his behavior continues to get worse he hurts himself and other children. his older sister is extremely loving and compassionate but he is still very mean. My daughter called today crying she cannoy deal with him anymore all the recommendations have failed today he stuck a pencil in her eye. She has more appointments with therapists but feels it isn t going to change. Shes at a loss for answers. Any suggestions that might help her.

Hello,
it has been quite a challenging path for you and your family and the child concerned so far. Regarding his aggressive behavior, would you mind giving me more details about that? At what age did it start? What exactly does the child do? Does he behave badly at school as well as at home? What are the things that he does that makes him be perceived as being aggressive? How is his language development? Is he comfortably fluent? Is he verbally agressive as well?
I hope I can help you further with more details about the child.
