General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum.
I have gone through your Query & I really appreciate your concern about the problem you are facing.

As a physician I would like to tell you that Head injuries could be bad many a times. you need to keep an aye out for serious head injury symptoms like vomiting, dizziness, fainting, blurry vision, fever etc and visit a emergancy room as soon as you get them.

Meanwhile you should get a oral antibiotic course like Amoxicillin 500mg, Acipen-P, Cap Omez two times a day after meals, and you should also keep the wound place clean and dry and apply some over the counter antibiotic powder to be more safe

Thanks for Trusting & Posting your Query on this forum.
Hope this will help you. Feel free to ask any further question.
Have a nice Day.

Regards,
Dr.Abhijeet
