Suggest Treatment For An Ear Discharge In A Child

My daughter has a watery green discharge/wax coming from her right ear. Shoukd I call her ped doctor? It also smells bad. She was a preemie and failed her hearing test 3 times. She's seen 3 ENT's all of them have "inconclusive results" and say to come back in 3 months.

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Your history suggests that she is suffering from CSOM.
Avoid head bath and see water will not enter into his ears.
avoid exposure to cold.
Whenever he gets cold treat it immediately to prevent discharge from the ear.
Antibiotic treatment is needed soon you notice discharge,
I prefer the combination of Amoxycillin and clauvulanicacid 2 times daily.
It takes a long time to get cured.
