Suggest Treatment For An Enlarged Lymph Node In The Breast

Hi, had breast cancer 4 years ago, MRI found enlarged internal mammary lymph node, .96 CM x .6 CM under sternum, bone with the notch in Nov 2016 and now I have a lump on my neck on the same side between ear and collarbone,,,,should I be concerned, having another breast MRI May 18, (but not on my neck)
