Suggest Treatment For An Infection In The Stomach

I found this double stranded orange colored string tied up in my poo i know why was I even looking well my poo looked funny and I haven t been going as much as I would like too. Last week I went once and I took a tea to help me go and went more. this week I went once so far i guess that s normal since I ve been eating less.

Bacterial or viral infection cause change in stool consistency and color.
Intestinal infection like ulcerative colitis or chons disease may ruled out.

Abdominal ultrasonography is helpful for diagnose.
Stool examination test is helpful for further diagnosis.

Consent a gastroenterologist for diagnosis.
Proper physical examination and history give exact idea about disease.
