WORKING ON SHIP RECENTLY 7DAYS I BACK JOINED SHIP, SINCE I CAME ON BOARD I FELT STOMACH UPSET, INITIALLY I THOUGHT WILL RECOVER NORMALLY, BUTTHE PROBLEM PERSISTSS , WHICH SEEMS TO SLIGHT LOOSE MOTION ,THREE -TIMES A ....DAY I HAVE METRONIDAZOLE TABLETS & LOPOX TABLETS..PLEASE SUGGEST ME THE BETTER ONE OF THESE TWO.....

Thanks for contacting healthcare magic.

You complain that you have loose motion and stomach pain is present.
You take lopox tablate that is for loose motion.
Metronidaxole tablets is use for anaerobic infection of stomach.

Continue this drugs course ...still symptoms are present than do stool examination test.
By stool examination test we can know which infection is this.
After this test start another antibiotics according to infectious substance.

Ultrasonography may done for further diagnosis.

Drink filter water.
Avoid oil and spicy foods.
Take energetic drinks for rehydrate your body.
Eat fress fruits.
