Suggest Treatment For An Ulcer At The Ileocecal Valve Seen On Colonoscopy

I've just had a colonoscope in my anus and they said it's very inflamed and a ulcer at the ileocaecal valve and surrounding area and lleitis now I've had so much pain on right hand side abdominal pains for the last year and our getting worse what will they do next

Thank for asking hope, from the given history I could say that if this was the inflammation detected of intestine then it has to be taken care for that, the underlying cause of inflammation is matter of concern, if this was left untreated at that time so now you will have to go for the CT abdomen and it is also necessary to rule out the infection and ulcerative colitis.
Finding the cause of abdomen pain is more important for rich up to the diagnosis, without that no lime of treatment is possible, the next step will be further investigations like imaging studies, blood work up enzyme studies and others.
