Welcome to H.C.M.
I am Dr Krishna.

My dear friend, feeling dizziness, headache, fatigue and shortness of breath is common in anemia.

But fever means there can be infection.

I advise you to monitor temperature by thermometer.
Do a complete blood count with peripheral blood film.

This will remove all doubts and very helpful for further management.

Thanx for query. Keep in touch.
I find this answer helpful
