Suggest Treatment For Anal Bleeding

i have problems regarding to my anus. it is bleeding since 10 days . if stool had become soft , it will not have bleed. i have also taken piles tablets and ointment but still if i eat oily and hot food , it will bleed. i am 20 years old and studying but this makes be pessimistic about life . please help me to be cured completely.

First i need to know when you have pain? Is it during passing stool or after passing stool. By this you might have piles or fissure. According to that your treatment is planned. So plz tell me when you have pain.
