Suggest Treatment For Anal Fissure And Painful Bowel Movement

Hai sir, My age is 30 I am suffering from fissure last 15 day at time of motion there is no bleeding but saviour pain at anal. I met the doctor he suggested to scan and report was second stage fissur(posterioranal fissure/2ndinternal hemorotis)doctor suggested to take 1tablet per day(thank od) is that medicine is ok for that or I have to take any other medicine please suggest me

Thanks for posting in HCM.
It is unfortunate that you have painful bowel movements and anal fissures.
Since there is no bleeding, you are in a better position.
Your painful bowel movements is mainly precipitated by constipation. Hence, you need to avoid it by consuming soft diet and diet rich in fibre along with laxatives.
Medications might help temporarily, but permanent cure is only possible by means of 'fissurotomy' surgery.
The best way to get this done is through cryosurgery. Kindly approach Surgeon for proper management.
