Suggest Treatment For Anal Fissure

Hi... Doctor iam having the same problem. Anal fissure ! But I don t have any bleeding issues..! But in my ass hole side I can see a small round ball.. Very small..! Now it getting.. Increasing... ! After having breakfast I have temptation to go bathroom. I already consulted a doctor he give me some medicine and anobliss cream also..! For that days I feel comfortable..! But today I feel iritating..! Pls tell me some solution ...!

You're probably having anal fissure with grade II hemorrhoids which have now become grade III. Get surgical opinion as surgery is needed. Now techniques have improved, also have cryo surgery.
