Suggest Treatment For Anal Fissure

I have an anal fissure for more than 3 months now ,I have saw two specialist so far without any benefits,I,m using cream with two boutex injection and the pain is more and more without any sign of improvement. being not functioning daily for more than 7 hours of pain . any suggestions

From history it seems that you might require some surgical procedure to cure your fissure in ano.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
