Suggest Treatment For Anal Itching Post Intercourse

Hello, It is already one year I am having anal itching (especially after sex, bowel movements and spicy/salty things) and no one knows what is going on. When the itching begins I also face erectile dysfunction. The itching is combines with burning and blood in stool time to time. Recently (one-two months) I am also having burning sensation in my penis as well. I have passes all possible tests, including a colonoscopy. Can u please tell me what would be the reason ? Thank you

All the given condition are not related with each other. Firstly, anal itching could be due to worm infestation or it could be fungal infection. Erectile dysfunction may be due to stress. Blood stained stool could be due to constipation (but it has to be blood stained stool) and also the condition may be due to fissure. On confirmation, these conditions can be managed accordingly.
