hi, I'm 33, 185, 70, gay, please help me as i decided to have sex with someone who has a big penis and i think he hurt my ass-hole badly, i have a pain around it and inside it, noticed also that when i cough the pain is increase a lot, note that there is no bleeding, please help

It hurts inside the mucosa of anal canal and may lead to fissure.

Fissure can lead to pain while coughing or defecation.

Go for evaluation and examination of it to surgeon.

Apply local lignocaine jelly to relive pain.
