Hi My father of 85 with degenerative heart disease has been diagnosed with anemia as of today. Not at all into cooking or preparing his food does live on his own in retirement living so cafeteria food. Does take some good supplements. What other ideas could be suggested for boosting his blood? Really does not like to do ANYTHING in his own kitchen. Thank you so very much. his daughter, Christy.
