Suggest Treatment For Ankle Pain

i have a pain in my left ankle. Im not sure where this pain came from. It's been hurting for the past 2 days and i wasnt sure if i sprained it or anything. There is no swelling and its nots warm to the touch I wasnt sure if i should put an ankle brace on it while i was at work or just leave it alone.
