Hello,
Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. Your sister's symptoms seem to be inter-related. The likely cause of the delayed period, decreased menstrual flow, weight gain, hair loss is hormone imbalance. Joint pain is a sequel of weight gain. The management of the fibroids depends on the rate of growth and associated complications. Since she is unmarried, retaining the reproductive function is important. Myomectomy, medical or surgical, embolization of the uterine artery are the possible methods of management. The hormone imbalance also has to be treated simultaneously. Regular exercise and a healthy diet are essential. Hope this helps.
