Suggest Treatment For Anxiety Disorder

Hi I'm an anxiety sufferer and get occasions where I can get various symptoms that change all the time, I'm currently experiencing tingly, weak, achey, tension type feeling which runs down my left arm, the same time of feeling this I get a pulling sensation in my ear and on the back of my head all on left side could this be just muscle tension or anxiety?
