Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi,

Thanks for writing to us,

The dose of paroxetine can be optimized if there is no adequate response. There are other options of medications like sertraline or fluoxetine that can be given. Please consult his treating psychiatrist and discuss the problem.

Hope this helps,
Dr A Rao
