hi!! i m experiencing anxiety,shortness of breath, pain in my shoulder, in my ribs, numbness in arms and fast heartbeat...got a lot of tests done, ECG was normal but found some stones in galbladder & fibroid in uterus...but i m still having these symptoms..pls help what it cud ne

I think, you have some anxiety disorder. May be you are tense due to physical complaints. In that case, you need antidepressant and low dose benzodiazepine. You can also try some relaxation exercise like JPMR or deep breathing. Better to consult a psychiatrist for proper management and in case, you need further help, you can ask me.
