my 8 yr old has adhd and on medication since sept and now he just starts crying hard for no reason doing well in school strate a now and no changes in home life also has angsity cant spell he says he has to lye at school because teacher keeps asking why and he doesent know so he says he is sick help

I can understand your concerns.
I would like to know which medication he is taking for ADHD. Medications for ADHD can cause mood swings and anxiety. You may talk to your prescribing doctor and try to change his medicines and put him on non stimulant medications.
Also you can talk to his teacher and discuss this problem with her so that your son does not have to lie about it.
