Suggest Treatment For Arthritis Pain In Arm Along With Sleeplessness

I am suffering from muscular pain,in my right leg.I m taking Celebrex,One capsule a day,after food.Last this was very painful,and I had trouble sleeping,also had a bit of arthritic pain,in my left arm. I ve no swelling,in the right leg.I called in a national doctor,but he was useless.Some time ago,I fell over,where my leg went all stiff,and the ulstra sound said it was muscular.This is exactly the same.How do I get rid of the pain. It seems a lot better now,but its at night,when it starts,and it stops me from sleeping.Can you help me.Thank you.Denise Merton

Hello,
I have studied your case.i think that this pain is due to nerve compression in the spine. So I would suggest you to follow these steps.
Get MRI of the spine. if there is disc herniation and nerve compression than you need back muscle strengthening exercises.
Tablet Pregabalin M in night time is helpful.
Some patient get benefited from epidural steroid injection.
if disc herniation is in advance stage then you can be benefited from endoscopic spine surgery.
