Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
I have studied your case and I would suggest you to get a MRI of the shoulder and neck. It can be cervical spondylysis also which is causing you this trouble. it causes nerve compression and that can be confirmed by MRI only.
If it is nerve compression than it is better to start pregabalin and metylcobal tablet for it. These tablets are good for neuro vitamins.
I would also recommend you to get MRI of the shoulder joint to confirm if there is no nerve compression or arthritis. If it is there than you can plan for arthroscopy debridement or steroid injection. If arthritis is advanced than you need to go for replacement.
