Suggest Treatment For Autism In 3.4 Years Old

My son is 3 yr 4 months old and autistic. 10 days ago we have given him high dose of vitamin D (60000IU) and started 7.5 ml zincovit. Also colosostrum powder and some medicin for cough and cold. After 2 days he showd dramatic improvement but it lasted for 2 days only. The vitamin D dose repeated again after 7 days. It again reflected some change but not like last time. What should we do.
