Suggest Treatment For Awful Vaginal Discharge

Hi my name is Nichole Snight i am 22 years old and i have had this very bad smell down there with me since i was 12 years old and i was still a virgin. Every body around me can smell it and it s very embarrassing. I even shower 3 times a day to help the smell go but it won t help at all. Sometimes when i urinate the smell can be really strong too and i am getting scared .. Do u know what problem it might be ?
