Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
Ther are two possibilities considering your symptoms 1. Renal stone with secondary infection
2. Viral fever . Possibilities of renal calculi with urinary tract infection is likely. I would advise ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis to locate the site of stone. Also ask for Xray of lumbosacral spine anteroposterior and lateral views as it rules bony abnormalities and even diagnoses renal stone. Do it asap and visit your nearby urologist asap. Do not neglect your health.
