Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,

You need to do neck extension exercises, as guided by a physiotherapist. These are common in people with a sedentary lifestyle or in those sitting for long hours.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sudhir Kumar, Neurologist
