Dear Sir/Madam
I have gone through your query and read your symptoms.
In my opinion, the symptoms you are telling is a mixture of things and this is what is cleared in an examination, you fail to mention the age of your mother, these symptoms could come from brain and i feel consulting a neurologist will be good idea.
I hope that answers your query. If you want any more clarification, contact me back.
