Suggest Treatment For Back Pain In A Child
Im 13 and my back has been hurting for a while, just under my shoulder blades. Tonight i was about to do my daily sit ups and didnt realise that there was something under my back as i layed down. Now my back hurts even more and its even harder to sleep. Im too scared to see a doctor about it in person, can anyone help?

Hi,
As of now, I suggest that you take Ibuprofen and when required and if possible reduce the school bag weight and I suggest you change your posture of sitting also to a straight back.
If these measures you don't get better then, I suggest you see your pediatrician or orthopedician.
