Suggest Treatment For Back Pain In An Elderly Person
I have just purchased a treadmill, for walking. I am 250 age 61 , have ankle and back pain. What time frame should I allow in the beginning month of treadmill activity? I currently use an excersise bike average 35 minutes daily, last 4 years, no weight loss, actually gained. my blood pressure is normal, no diabetes
As per your medical history you have back and ankle pain, so take treatment for it first and when 100% cured start to exercise in your treadmill machine. Initially start it with moderate speed and 30 minutes per day and gradually increase it further.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
