Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have back pain radiating to leg and pinched nerves. Well i would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon for proper examination and treatment . Doctor may order CT scan or MRI of spine .Doctor may prescribe anti inflammatory , muscle relaxants , narcotics or tricyclic antidepressants. Doctor may also recommend surgery . Doctor may also recommend surgery in which surgeons can remove the bone spur or the portion of the herniated disk that's pressing on the pinched nerve. For now apply warm compresses and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.

Best Wishes,
