hello my mri says mild broadbased disc bulging c4-5,c5-6,c6-7 then mri lumbar region l2-l3,l3-l4,l4-l5 and l5-s1 indenting the ventral aspect of the thecal sac.every few months pain gets worse.im housekeeper and lift couches /floor lamps and lots bending.now pai going in left leg.i also have pinched nerves .
