Suggest Treatment For Back Pain

While working out yesterday I tweaked my back while doing 3' box jumps. Several months ago I hurt my back lifting a very large patient at work and was diagnosed with a displaced sacrum. This injury feels the same but worse. Lower back pain while walking up right. I am a Firefighter/Paramedic so I went to our city physician this morning but he is gone until next week. A city nurse did some voltage treatment but that really didn't help. Is there any stretches or anything I can do until next week?

General Surgeon 's  Response
As its so severe, it can be a slipped/prolapsed disc.
In my clinic, I usually advice X-ray to confirm diagnosis & advice bed rest for few days with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen, opioid pain killers like tramadol.
You can start these with drs advice.
Hope this information is satisfactory to you.
