Suggest Treatment For Back Pain

I bent over to do something and when i got back up i instantly got this horrible lower back pain that took my breath away. And i can't stand/walk straight because it hurts so bad. I have to have my upper body sort of bent to walk without it hurting as much

Hi , Welcome to healthcare magic.As per your query you may be suffering from acute disc prolapse.Primary Treatment of it is bed rest and analgesics(ultracet three times a day after meals+omeprazole 20 mg before meals).It can be further investigated by MRI lumbar spine.
