hi i am aishwarya, i am having back ache problem
actually earlier also the same problem was there, after that i diagonised and the result was having bulge in between the two disc.
taken pain killers, done physitherapy etc
Now, same problem occurs, medicine etody will give a relief

Hello,

I had gone through the case and found that this is due to excessive sitting.

Take Vitamin D3 once a week and calcium once a day for 3 month.

Do back and stretching exercise and take rest between the work.
