Suggest Treatment For Behavioral Changes In A Child

DR Nadkarni, we have observed abnormal behavior in my child age 18 yrs please advice whether it requires medical assistance .. symptoms--- sleeping disorder,sleeps during day time upto 11-12 pm shouts while talking, irrelevant talk,likes fantasy serials , screams in sleeps does not take any household work responsibility,careless about his health and things of daily use he can not relate with his age group and his brother(age 14),always suspicious about him no hobby and sports activity .starts singing at night,very adamant sometimes difficult to understand slow actions, lack of confidence,tries to remain alone, academical progress deteriorating. dependent for small things, constant attention required very frequent high fever since childhood Kindly advice how to cure this problem
